Most of staff is usually very helpful and friendly, but manager (I guess he's the manager) is very rude. Went in and asked if they had any sleds. Very curt answer was "no". That was it. No attempt at customer service, no explanation of when more may be coming in. Just "no". I will be taking my family and remodeling business to Lowe's from now on, which is unfortunate because we always try to support our local businesses. So much for "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man" ...
